UK's Ocean Wilsons dips, reversing from record high after stake sale in unit

** Ocean Wilsons OCN.L rises as much as 8.3% to a record
high of 1,640p before surrendering gains; currently down
marginally 0.3%
** British investment holding co to sell 56.47% stake in
unit Wilson Sons PORT3.SA to SAS Shipping Agencies Services
(SAS) for $764.9 mln
** Says it will return a portion of deal proceeds as special
dividends and re-invest the remaining into its diversified
portfolio business, Ocean Wilsons (Investments) Ltd.
** Shares in OCN up ~27% YTD
