estimates of $0.19 per share, as per Refinitive IBES

    ** Qtrly Rev of $536.22 mln also below analyst estimates of
$549.29 mln
    ** Expects next qtr adj  EBITDA between $40 mln to $50 mln
which is below expectations of $60.12 mln
