Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the "Company") announces that further to the offer for subscription by the Company for new ordinary shares (the "Offer") to raise up to 40 million in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 tax years, as set out in a prospectus dated 2 November 2015, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 6 July 2016, the Board of the Company declares that the Offer is now fully subscribed and closed with effect from 5:00pm on 8 September 2016 in respect of new applications.
