Appointment of Senior Independent Director

 

The Board of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Sarim Sheikh as Senior Independent Director
with effect from the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held
on 13 June 2025. He will take over this responsibility from Mrs Audrey McNair
whose intended retirement from the Board of the Company with effect from 13
June 2025 was announced on 5 December 2024.

 

Mr Sheikh has served as an independent non-executive Director of the Company
since June 2023.
