 Notice of Final Results and Investor Presentation

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc, the diversified renewables
infrastructure company, today announces that the Company will report its
audited results for the financial year to 31 December 2024 on Thursday, 27
March 2025.

There will be a presentation for sell-side analysts at 11am on the day of

Additionally, there will be an online presentation for all existing and
