* Said on Monday had bought out its partner CSAV from Chilean joint venture
Odfjell y Vapores
* Via transaction Odfjell is gaining full commercial and operational control
of two vessels, Bow Andes and Bow Condor
* Vessels will sail under Marshall Island flag and ship management services
will be transferred to Flumar - integrated ship owning company in Brazil
