Board Chairman has a controlling interest) had on Sept. 14
acquired 767,000 Odfjell B-shares at NOK 30.10 per share
    * After deal, Norchem AS owns about 26 mln A-shares and 4.5
mln
B-shares in Odfjell SE, equivalent to 35.15 pct of total
