    * Q4 EBITDA based on equity method $67 million  
    * Q4 gross revenue based on equity method $204 million

    * Q4 net profit based on the equity method $43 million 
(Reuters poll $8.90 million) 
    * Expects 1Q17 timecharter results to be in line with, or 
marginally better than 4Q16 
    * Rates are expected to be under pressure in 2017 as market 
absorbs new capacity 
    * Sees 2017 Odfjell terminals results to be improved on 
continued strengthened performance at terminal in Rotterdam
