Jan 13 (Reuters) - Odfjell SE  ODF.OL : 
    * Has successfully completed new unsecured bond issue of 700 million Norwegian crowns ($82.2 
million) with maturity date in January 2021 
    * Bond issue was substantially oversubscribed 
    * Net proceeds from contemplated bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes, 
including part refinancing of existing bonds and potential future growth opportunities
