** Shares of ODP Corp. ODP.O were up more than 30% on Monday and hit their highest since December 2024 after the co said it agreed to be taken private by an affiliate of Atlas Holdings for about $1 bln

** ODP owns Office Depot and OfficeMax

** ODP shares were last at $27.72, up 33.1%

** Including the session move, ODP stock was up 21.9% YTD
