    * Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc - on August 10, , co and 
its unit entered into a note purchase agreement with Minera Del 
Norte S.A. De C.V. 
    * Odyssey Marine Exploration - pursuant to Minosa agreement, 
Minosa loaned $750,000 to OME, will consider lending up to 
additional $2.25 million to OME
