Dec 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from French and Benelux media which could have an impact

    ARAMIS  ARAMI.PA :
    Second-hand car dealer on Thursday posted jump of 40% in its
annual revenue to 1.77 billion euros.
    FRENCH ECONOMY/UNITED STATES:
    U.S. President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel
Macron made "major progress" during talks on how to alleviate
the impact of the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act on Europe, a
source at the French finance ministry said late on Thursday.

    Cold weather could lead to power cuts in France on Monday as

    LVMH's Moët Hennessy and Italy's Campari have taken full
ownership of online wines and spirits company Tannico via their
joint venture and plan to expand it further, the two companies
said in a statement on Thursday.         
    OENEO  SABT.PA :
    France-based holding company on Thursday posted net group
share of 21.9 million euros. 
    TELEPERFORMANCE  TEPRF.PA :
    French office services and call centre company said on
Thursday it had signed an agreement with UNI Global Union to
strengthen workers' rights to form trade unions and engage in
collective bargaining. 
    TOTALENERGIES  TTEF.PA :
    TotalEnergies will cut its investment in British North Sea
oil and gas projects by a quarter next year after the UK
government hiked a windfall tax on the sector, the French firm's
British exploration and production chief said on Wednesday. 
    UMICORE  UMI.BR :
    Belgian chemicals and battery materials group on Thursday
said it was exploring with Volkswagen's battery company PowerCo
long-term strategic supply agreement for EV battery materials in
North America. 
    VINCI  SGEF.PA :
    French construction group Vinci  SGEF.PA  on Thursday said
it had signed an agreement to acquire a motorway concessionaire
in Brazil.
