Dec 5 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from French and Benelux media which could have an impact
on the region's markets or individual stocks.
    FRANCE'S OUTLOOK
    Ratings agency S&P Global cut France's outlook to "negative"
from "stable" on Friday, reflecting its view of rising risks to
the country's public finances and the resulting fiscal space
reduction.       
    AIRBUS  AIR.PA :
    United Airlines Inc  UAL.O  is close to reaching a deal with
the European planemaker's rival Boeing Co  BA.N  for a major 787
Dreamliner order, two sources briefed on the matter told
Reuters.
    ELECTRICITY 
    French grid operator RTE on Friday said it had doubled the
capacity of a high-voltage power line between France and
Belgium, increasing the countries' ability to maximise available
supplies in the event of shortages this winter.  
    HEINEKEN  HEIN.AS :
    Global beer consumption is holding up despite economic
challenges, with employment strong and drinkers still treating
higher-priced "premium" beer as an affordable luxury, the head
of Heineken said on Friday.  
    INFLATION REDUCTION ACT
    The United States and the European Union will seek to tackle
EU concerns about a new U.S. green energy subsidy package in a
constructive way, officials from both sides are due to say at a
meeting next week, a draft joint statement shows.

    Renault and Nissan Motor Co  7201.T  are set to forgo a
Wednesday announcement of a deal to restructure their automotive
alliance as they struggle to bridge their differences, three
people familiar with the matter said.

    TotalEnergies is on track to make a final investment
decision on the Papua LNG project in Papua New Guinea by the end
of 2023, the company's Asia Pacific senior vice president said.
