Dec 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2130 GMT on Tuesday:

** Nestle NESN.S said it has completed the sale of its remaining 40% stake in packaged meat business Herta Foods to Spanish company Casa Tarradellas.

** ServiceNow  has agreed to buy cybersecurity startup Armis for $7.75 billion in cash, the companies said, as the enterprise software maker looks to attract new customers amid growing risks of cyberattacks.

** SiriusPoint subsidiary International Medical Group (IMG) will acquire Assist America, a provider of global emergency travel assistance services, the Bermuda-based (re)insurer said.

** Danish offshore wind developer Orsted  has agreed to sell a 55% stake in its Greater Changhua 2 offshore wind farm in Taiwan to life insurance company Cathay in a deal worth around 5 billion Danish crowns ($788.74 million), it said.

** Private healthcare operator Akdital  has agreed to buy Tunisia's Taoufik Hospitals Group for $90 million, the Moroccan company said.

** Azerbaijan's state energy company SOCAR signed a deal to buy a 870 MW gas-fired power plant in central Turkey from Gama Enerji for $225 million, the company said.

** Samsung Electronics <005930.KS> announced a $1.8 billion deal to acquire Germany's ZF Friedrichshafen's autonomous driving technology unit to combine it with its audio business and offer next-generation in-car platforms.

** The Australian Retirement Trust (ART) will acquire a near 20% stake in Scentre Group's  iconic Westfield Sydney shopping mall for A$864 million ($575.68 million), the shopping centre owner said.
