Feb 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1500 GMT on Tuesday:

** Activist investor Donerail Group said it had submitted a non-binding indicative proposal to acquire MarineMax  at $35 per share, in an all-cash deal that would value the superyacht service company at $1.1 billion.

** Medtronic  said it would buy privately held CathWorks in a deal valued at up to $585 million, as it looks to bolster its heart devices portfolio by adding a new diagnostic tool that could improve care standards.

** Australia-listed Qoria  said that U.S.-based Aura Consolidated Group would acquire the tech firm at an implied valuation of A$972 million ($675.64 million), and then relist the merged entity on the Australian stock exchange.

** Palomar Holdings has completed the acquisition of The Gray Casualty & Surety Company and closed $450 million in new unsecured financing, the specialty insurer said.

** Virgin Media O2's owners are in advanced talks to buy UK-based Netomnia, two people familiar with the matter said, in a step towards expected consolidation of UK altnet providers.

** Property developer GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad GUOL.KL said that its parent company, Singapore-based GuocoLand GUOC.SI, will buy the rest of the remaining shares it does not own in its Malaysian unit, valuing it at 770.5 million ringgit ($196.06 million).

**  Danish wind farm operator Orsted  said it has agreed to sell its European onshore business to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for 1.44 billion euros ($1.70 billion), boosting its balance sheet.

** Private equity firm Advent International will buy a 14.3% stake in India's Aditya Birla Housing Finance for 27.5 billion rupees ($304.1 million), the latter's parent said .
