Denmark launches 2.8 GW wind power tenders with $8.5 billion subsidies
COPENHAGEN, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Denmark on Thursday launched offshore wind power tenders with a capacity of 2.8 gigawatt (GW) in which it will offer subsidies to developers of up to 55.2 billion Danish crowns ($8.51 billion) to build three wind farms, the climate ministry said.
