 OPAD.N  down 6.3% at $0.65 in extended trading
    ** Co to effect a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its Class
A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share and Class B common
stock, par value $0.0001 per share
    ** Reverse stock split is expected to be effective after
market close on June 12 - OPAD
    ** Adds reverse stock split was approved by stockholders on
June 8, with the final ratio determined by the board
    ** Up to today's close, stock had risen 50.6% so far in 2023
