Aug 8 (Reuters) - An alert on proxy advisory firm ISS recommending
Diversified Healthcare Trust DHC.O shareholders to vote against a merger with
Office Properties Income Trust OPI.O was inadvertently published without
attribution and has been withdrawn.
The statement was from Flat Footed LLC, which owns about 9.8% of Diversified
Healthcare's outstanding common shares.
There will be no substitute for the withdrawn alert.
