    • SAID ON THURSDAY IT PUBLISHED RESULTS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION OFFER AND ANNOUNCED COMPLETION OF THE CAPITAL INCREASE
    • resolved to issue 7,635 new shares During the subscription period, which ran from June 25, 2026 to July 8, 2026
    • Upon registration, the company’s share capital will amount to EUR 20,827,928.00, divided into 20,827,928 shares
    • The gross proceeds from the issuance of the new shares of both tranches are expected to amount to approximately EUR 484 million and will accrue in full to OHB
