Germany's OHB to raise up to €510 million from capital hike June 22 (Reuters) - German satellite maker OHB OHBG.DE will issue up to 1.7 million new shares at €300 ($343.6) apiece, raising up to €510 million, it said on Monday, as it seeks to open up a greater portion of its stock to public investors.
KKR-owned Orchid Lux HoldCo, which owns 28.6% of OHB, will launch its private placement later on Monday, OHB said in a statement.
