OHB plans €500 mln rights issue, Fuchs family retains control June 15 (Reuters) - German satellite maker OHB SE OHBG.DE said it plans to raise about €500 million ($581 million) through a rights issue.
The Fuchs family and Orchid Lux Holdco S.à r.l. will waive subscription rights, but the Fuchs family will remain the majority shareholder, the company said.
The move comes days after SpaceX surged past $2 trillion in its Nasdaq debut, which helped sharpen investor focus on space stocks.
