This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
will be held on February 23, 2026 at 0900 hours at Islamabad to consider the
Half yearly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2025 and for
declaration of entitlement, if any.

 

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from February 16, 2026 to
February 23, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations.
Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal
in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.

 

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
