Dear Sir,

 

Further to our earlier disclosure dated March 17, 2025 regarding
Gas/Condensate discovery at Soghri North Well-1 in Soghri Block, Attock
District, Punjab Province, we are pleased to announce that Soghri North Well-1
has now been successfully brought into production.

The well has a production capacity of 14.0 Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day
(MMSCFD) of gas and 430 barrels per day (BPD) of condensate. To facilitate
early monetization of this discovery, Oil and Gas Development Company Limited
(OGDCL) has laid an 8-inch, 14 km flow line connecting the well to Dakhni
Plant for gas processing. The processed gas is being injected into the SNGPL
system.

As operator of Soghri Exploration License with 100% working interest, the
Company has commenced production from Soghri North Well-1, located in Attock
District, Punjab Province, Pakistan.

The Company remains committed to fast-track monetization of discoveries,
strengthening national energy security and contributing to Pakistan's
sustainable development.
