America  ODC.N  up 10% at $44.60 
    ** Stock hit more than four-and-half-year high earlier in
the session
    ** Co reports net income of $1.24/shr for Q3 vs net loss of
$0.32/shr a year earlier
    ** ODC's net sales rise 23% to $105.4 mln in Q3
    ** Co says rise in sales attributable to pricing actions
taken across its product line 
    ** Including session's gain, stock up 33% YTD
