** Co receives U.S. Department of Energy approval for Nuclear Safety Design Agreement for OKLO's first reactor, the Aurora powerhouse at Idaho National Laboratory

** OKLO says it has immediately requested DOE to commence review of its Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis

** Co plans to subsequently pursue U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing to support commercial operations

** OKLO's unit Atomic Alchemy has been issued a materials license to handle, process, and distribute isotopes by the U.S. NRC

** Up to last close, OKLO down 16.8% YTD
