Oklo up as Newcleo plans to invest $2 billion for US fuel projects

** Shares of Sam Altman-backed nuclear technology firm Oklo OKLO.N up 1.3% at $163.97 premarket

** Oklo says it will partner with European reactor developer Newcleo, which plans to invest up to $2 billion in U.S. fuel fabrication and manufacturing projects

** Company says Sweden's advanced nuclear technology developer Blykalla is also considering co-investing in the same projects and procuring fuel-related services from Oklo

** As of last close, stock up 663.7% YTD
