March 19 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes fell on Thursday as a surge in crude prices revived inflation fears and the Federal Reserve's cautious stance on interest rate cuts weighed on sentiment. .N

At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.73% at 45,886.47. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.60% at 6,585.07, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.75% at 21,986.45.
