** Shares of Ola Electric OLAE.NS fall 3.7% to 62.09 rupees

** Japan's SoftBank Group 9984.T cut stake in electric scooter maker to 15.68% from 17.83%, selling the stake over two months, OLAE said in an exchange filing on Thur

** SoftBank, which is OLAE's second-largest shareholder, sold 94.9 million shares between July and September; it did not disclose the sale price

** Seven analysts covering OLAE have a "hold" rating on avg; median PT is 45 rupees - data compiled by LSEG

** Stock down ~28% YTD, up to last close
