April 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Drugmaker Neurocrine Biosciences  is nearing a deal to acquire rare genetics drugmaker Soleno Therapeutics  for more than $2.5 billion, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.

** Singapore-based Olam Group  said it has agreed to sell its IT and digital services business, Mindsprint, to Indian IT services firm Wipro  for an enterprise value of $375 million.

** KNDS France - a unit of German tank maker KNDS - has completed its takeover of French company Texelis Defense for an undisclosed financial amount, said KNDS France.
