4% respectively in London as falling rand hits shares of South
Africa-exposed cos
** Dollar last up 3.2% against South African rand  ZAR=  
** South Africa's presidency will make an imminent announcement,
President Cyril Ramaphosa's spokesman said on Thursday  after an
independent panel report published on Wednesday found
preliminary evidence that the president may have violated his
oath of office and committed serious misconduct
