** Shares of Old National Bancorp ONB.O up 3.53% at
$23.74, hitting their highest level in over 16 years
** Company posts Q4 net interest income of $394.2 mln vs
$364.4 mln in the quarter a year ago
** ONB's Q4 provision for credit losses increased to $27 mln
from $11.6 mln a year ago
** Company reported Q4 adj. EPS of $0.49 vs $0.46 in the
quarter a year ago
** "Fourth qtr was driven by continued growth in our
peer-leading deposit franchise, disciplined expense and credit
management, and solid net interest income and margin
performance" - Old National Bancorp Chairman and CEO Jim Ryan
** ONB gained ~28.5% in 2024
