India's Olectra Greentech rises after start of phase‑1 ops at EV plant

** Co declares phase-1 commencement of commercial operations from Dec 31 at Greenfield electric vehicle manufacturing facility in the southern Indian state of Telangana
** Adds, facility has annual per shift production capacity of 2,500 buses
** More than 1.8 mln shares traded as of 10:51 A.M. IST, 5.5x their 30-day moving avg
** OLEC last up 4.3%; fell 17.1% in 2025
