** Shares of Olectra Greentech  OLEC.NS  rise as much as
12.35% to 452 rupees, biggest intraday pct. gain since Jan. 5
    ** Electric bus maker said on Thursday that it has developed
a hydrogen-powered bus in technical partnership with Reliance
Industries  RELI.NS 
    ** Co says aims to commercially launch these buses within a
year
    ** Stock trading below its 50-, 100-, and 200-day moving
averages
    ** Trading volume at ~937,500 shares, 4.3x the 30-day avg of
~217,600 shares as of 9:30 a.m. IST
    ** Stock was down nearly 38% last year
