rise as much as 6.7% to 1,276.65 rupees, highest since Sept. 18
    ** Stock sees busiest trading volumes since mid-Sept 
    ** Stock also marks sharpest intraday pct rise since Oct. 27
    ** OLEC up 156% so far this year, propelled by several EV
bus orders including a $1.2 bln contract in July; Nifty Auto
index  .NIFTYAUTO  up 33% in comparison
    ** Reason for stock move on Monday was not immediately clear
