intraday pct gain since Sept. 5
    ** OLEC on Monday said that consortium of co and Evey Trans
Pvt Ltd had received Letter of Award from one of the state

    ** Value of contract is about 1.85 billion Indian rupees 
($23.22 million)
    ** Stock hits highest since Sept. 13
    ** More than 276,000 shares traded by 0655 GMT, vs their
