up as much as 3.11% to 1,272 rupees in early trade
    ** Stock hits highest since Nov. 22    
    ** OLEC received order worth 628 million rupees ($7.5
million) for supply of 40 electric buses 
    ** Stock is trading above its 50-, 100-, and 200-day simple
moving averages
    ** Stock last up 2.2%, extending YTD gains to over 140%
