    ** Electric bus maker reports ~33% surge in Q1 profit, while
rev jumped 45%
    ** Stock is the top gainer on small-cap index  .NIFSMCP100 ,
which is down 0.2%
    ** OLEC has gained about 28% YTD, outpacing the roughly 22%
gain in the small-cap index
