** Shares of chemical firm Huntsman Corp HUN.N down 20.8% at $12.59, on track for its worst day since September 2015
** Olin OLN.N says it will acquire HUN in an all-stock deal valued at $2.43 billion, according to Reuters calculation based on HUN's 175.35 million shares outstanding per LSEG data
** Shares of OLN down 9.2% at $22.99
** Offer price of $13.85 per share is about 12.8% below Huntsman's last closing price 
** Huntsman shareholders will receive 0.5476 Olin shares for each share they own
** Deal expected to close in the first half of 2027
** As of last close, OLN up 21.5% YTD; HUN up 58.9% YTD
