India's Omaxe rises on deal to build integrated sports facility

** Shares of India's Omaxe  OMAX.NS  up 4.22%, cooling off
from session-high 7.8% jump
    ** Real estate co to build a multi-sports facility, with a
retail, and hospitality hub for about 15 bln rupees (~$180 mln)
    ** OMAX expects rev of around 25 bln rupees through sale of
retail units
    ** Stock set to gain for third straight session; trading
vols 2x 30-day avg
    ** YTD stock has jumped over 41% after a ~2% rise in 2023
