** OMAX secured a land parcel in Ludhiana for 5 billion rupees ($55.4 million) where it is planning a mixed-use high-street project

** OMAX's "Omaxe Chowk" will feature mix of premium retail shops, wedding and jewellery showrooms, fashion outlets, destination dining, and an entertainment zone

** Stock fell ~25% in 2025, snapping a two-year winning run
