** Shares of Australia's Omni Bridgeway  OBL.AX  rise as
much as 4.1% to A$1.51, its highest level since Dec. 1
    ** The litigation financing firm announces completion of
sale of 25% interest in portfolio of 15 intellectual property
investments in Fund 4  
    ** Fund 4 comprised of series of managed accounts which made
investments in U.S. litigation finance opportunities 
    ** Says sold interest for initial amount of $21.5 million 
    ** Adds sold interest to affiliate of GLS Capital Partners
Fund II, LP, private investment firm focused on legal and
regulatory risks
    ** Stock down 59.9% YTD as of last close
