** Shares of medical software firm Omnicell OMCL.O fall as much as 16.7% to a near 10-month low of $25.39

** OMCL cuts its 2025 adj profit forecast to a range of $1 and $1.65 per share, compared with previously projected range of $1.65 to $1.85e

** Company, however, maintains its 2025 revenue forecast in the range of $1.11 billion to $1.16 billion

** Company posts Q1 revenue of $270 million vs analysts' estimates of $260 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock had fallen 44.2% YTD
