Middle East oil refiners must develop pipelines and storage, OMV executive says LONDON, June 3 (Reuters) - Oil refiners in the Middle East will need to become more commercially agile and develop pipelines and more storage in the next 2-3 years, OMV general manager Mikael Berthod said on Wednesday.
