Availability of the financial results as of March 31, 2023

 

 

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom
Group's consolidated unaudited results for January - March 2023 prepared in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available
on the website www.omvpetrom.com (http://www.omvpetrom.com) , at Bucharest
Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR
symbols) starting with April 28, 2023, 8:00 am (Bucharest time),
simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results
on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com
(http://www.omv.com) .

The print version of the report can also be obtained from the Investor
Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor
Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City"). However, we recommend accessing
the report in electronic format on the company's website, avoiding, as much as
possible, the request and obtaining it in print version from the company's
headquarters.

The company will organize an analyst and investor conference call to present
the results on April 28, at 3:00 pm (Bucharest time), which will be
