Changes in the Supervisory Board

OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) announces that Mr. Johann Pleininger has notified
the waiver of his mandate as member and Deputy President of the Supervisory
Board of OMV Petrom and member and Deputy President of the Presidential and
Nomination Committee of OMV Petrom, effective starting 1 January 2023.

Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Johann Pleininger will cease to hold
the above-mentioned positions in the Supervisory Board and in the Presidential
and Nomination Committee starting 1 January 2023, thus his seats becoming
vacant.

Mr. Johann Pleininger has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom
