Executive Board's proposal regarding dividend distribution for the financial year 2020
 
The Executive Board's proposal for distribution of dividends for the financial year 2020, the same as the one announced on 4 February, 2021, namely a gross dividend of RON 0.0310/share, was approved by the Supervisory Board on March 17, 2021 and will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on April 27, 2021.
 
The proposed Record Date, which serves to the identification of the shareholders who are to benefit from dividends is May 14, 2021, the proposed "Ex-Date" is May 13, 2021, while the proposed Payment Date is June 7, 2021.
