To ensure shareholders comfort regarding a stable, predictable and attractive dividend in the years to come, OMV Petrom S.A. (the Company) announces a new dividend policy, as follows:
 
"OMV Petrom S.A. (the Company) is committed to deliver a competitive shareholder return throughout the business cycle, including paying a progressive dividend.
