Operations resumed at the Brazi power plant
u Current available capacity of the plant: 420 MW
OMV Petrom resumed operations at its Brazi power plant on July 5, 2017 after the plant had successfully passed the corresponding tests. 
As we informed the markets, due to the steam turbine transformer failure in April 2017, coupled with the previously announced failure of one gas turbine transformer, the Brazi power plant became fully unavailable. After replacement of the steam turbine transformer, the plant has resumed operations and is now available at half capacity (420 MW).
As notified to REMIT, it is expected that the plant will become fully operational in October 2017 after the replacement of the gas turbine transformer.
OMV Petrom will further communicate any relevant updates.
