** Shares of engagement platform provider ON24 ONTF.N jump 36.2% premarket

** Co says Blackstone-owned event and hospitality technology firm Cvent will acquire ONTF in an all-cash transaction of about $400 million

** ON24 shareholders to receive $8.10 per share, implying a premium of ~38% to stock's last close

** Proposed transaction unanimously approved by ONTF board; expected to close in first half of 2026

** As of last close, ONTF down ~9% YTD
