Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

 

The Company announces that it has been notified that  Simon Cooper (Founder and Non-Executive Director) and Adam Hansen (Chief Strategy Officer) of the Company have exercised a number of vested nil‐cost options which were granted to them under On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and have retained the resulting shares, as outlined below. The options exercised by Simon Cooper were granted to him while he was an Executive Director.

 

The associated income tax and National Insurance (NI) liabilities arising from the exercise have been self-funded by the respective PDMRs so all shares arising out of the exercise are retained.
